Used APV Anhydro model PSBD 58 stainless steel spray dryer. Unit rated approximately 50 kg/hour water evaporation rate (depending on product) at inlet/outlet temperatures of 600/140°C. Drying chamber approximately 1600 mm inside diameter x 1800 mm cylindrical height x 1500 mm conical height. Chamber has a safety rupture plate buti is not connected. Outside is insulated and claded by stainless steel plate. Inspection doors 450 x 550 mm. Unit includes (1) top mounted Anhydro nozzle co-current atomiser (could be used rotary atomiser but is not included). Unit includes 2 zones electrical air heater, Herding carbon steel filter, cyclone and ventilator. Electrical switchboard with integrated control panel is included. Has a ....PLC control system.
