SML 01

The extrusion line No. 1 was designed for cast film production.
Processing of thermo plastics in a temperature range of 150-300°C.

Dryer 1 – 4 with 4500-liter volume; heating capacity 48kw

Dryer 5 with 2500-liter volume; heating capacity 20kw

Dryer 6 with 1500-liter volume; heating capacity 15kw

Each extruder has a gravimetrical batch-dosing unit with 3 stations.
Each extruder has a melting pump and a 2-piston filter change system.
