Production Capacity
- For currently manufactured "married" toilet models: the upper and lower parts are cast separately -> Two castings result in a complete toilet. 160 castings per casting cycle -> 80 complete toilets per casting cycle.
- For models without "marriage": one mold station corresponds to one product -> up to 160 pieces per casting cycle.
- Dimensions: Installation area approximately length: 33,800 mm, width: 4,100 mm, height: 4,300 mm. Single-row roller conveyor with a length of approximately 33,000 mm. Four lifting beam systems per unit. Each lifting beam is designed for 10 molds. One extraction trolley per unit.
- Casting and slip system: Slip supply DN 100, slip return DN 100, compressed air connection 2 inches for the pressure line, filling via high-level or level tanks, two level tanks per unit, two casting lines per level tank, return of excess slip to the return slip tank, flushing of the slip lines with water and compressed air, four separate flushing systems per unit.
