The machine is equipped with an oscillating wire system on every cutting station:

-Horizontal cutting station: up to 61 oscillating wires
-Vertical cutting station: up to 11 oscillating wires with oscillation system
-Down-Cutter station (top-to-bottom package cutting): equipped with full wire oscillation
-Automatic Wire Positioning

Automatic wire positioning is available on the key cutting stations:

The machine is factory-designed to process both 5-meter and 4-meter EPS blocks.

Automatic cylinder adjustment in the Down-Cutter station:

When the operator selects either the 5-meter or 4-meter block option in the control menu, the machine automatically repositions the holding device and support barrier using a pneumatic cylinder. This ensures that the front side trimming waste produced during top-to-bottom cutting always falls precisely into the designated collection area.

No manual adjustment is required.
