Laboratory Twin Screw Extruder – Coperion ZSK 26 Mc18 (40 L/D) with a 26 mm screw diameter

Featuring all the characteristics of the ZSK Mc18 series, this extruder is ideal for formulation development and compound sampling, as well as for manufacturing small compound batches of up to approximately 180 kg/h.

Compared to the previous model ZSK 26 Mc, the new laboratory extruder enables throughput increases of up to 100%, owing to the torque having been increased to 15 Nm/cm³.

The extruder is mobile and space-saving as the control cabinet is integrated into the machine’s base frame. Heating and cooling systems are installed and operational (plug & play).
