Service contract for print system: €2,580/month:
• System flat rate, technician's travel to/from site
• Consumables, e.g. toner (excluding paper and staples)

• All technician labor
• Repairs and spare parts

Canon software support: €254/month:
- Provision of hotfixes, patches, and updates
- Provision of upgrades
- Service interventions conducted via remote connection
- For on-site visits, a call-out fee will be charged according to the supplier’s current price list.
- The call-out fee is waived if the supplier deems an on-site intervention necessary.
- Standard response time in case of a service call is on average six hours within the supplier's service hours.
