Used Becomix model RW30CD stainless steel process vessel. Approximate 2-25 litre working capacity (product dependant). Unit has clamped dished top head and welded conical bottom head. Internal rated 29psi (2 bar) maximum allowable working pressure at 273 deg.f. (133 deg.c.) and 15psi (FV) maximum allowable external working pressure at 41 / 273 deg.f. (5 / 133 deg.c.) Minimum design metal temperature 41 deg.f. (5 deg.c.) at 29psi (2 bar). External stainless steel jacket rated 58 psi (4 bar) maximum allowable working pressure at 41 Deg.F. (5 deg.c.) to 306 deg.f. (152 deg.c.) Unit has top mounted agitator with electric drive/gearbox and bottom entry homogenizer with electric drive. Unit mounted in a stainless steel mobile frame.
